It is named this way because of the casein it contains. It is the ideal paint in order to create warm colours wich our ancestors used for their furniture. ( Thanks to 42 historic Canadian colours, many combinations are possible to create a superb finish). This way, we obtain a two colours antique finish. The antique finish we obtain will recal yesterday's charm created by our ancestors. Milk paint is non-toxic and very durable, it will not chip and will never peel,  but its best quality will always be that it permits the wood veining to stay apparent. These products are available in the workshop and fully explained in the course of a seminar on ancient finishing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here is the furniture at its original state. Each of the piece's componemts is bleached and is smooth to touch. The finish stage will be crucial. Time has come to choose the furniture's final aspect.
